Back to Palouse

Once we got Rosie home (yes we stopped 4 times to check on her and love on her too) I opened the trailer and she was stiff. She got to the grass and collapsed. She quickly hopped up and saw our horses and got excited. I put Rosie in the roundpen so she could meet the other horses safely. Cody was interested, but then decided to bully Rosie, so she's quite scared of him for the time being. Connor is eager to see her and spend time with her.

The vet came out and we made a game plan on refeeding her. We are carefully adding food to her diet. She has melanomas that need to be addressed, and teeth that need to be done. She has the Arabian attitude and I am confident she will overcome the lack of food and attention.

Once she was settled in, I added Shelby to the paddock and they quickly became friends.
